spanking and CP endorphin therapy Any physical challenge to the body stimulates the production of endorphins in the brain, of the kind which give you a buzz, a sense of well being and generally make you feel happy. This is a large part of the attraction of sport or physical exercise. However, sporting endeavor brings with it other challenges which may not be so useful or appealing to you: a competitive edge, lots of chance of getting wet, dirty, having to buy kit, having to learn rules, having to be good at sport or facing the fact that you're not. So a way of releasing endorphins without these attached problems is good. By spanking or using mild CP, I can work in a very controlled and nurturing way to stimulate your endorphin production, without a muddy football field in sight. Of course, you may be thinking, the downside of this approach is that it might hurt! And its true, it does, otherwise it wouldn't work. But it doesn't need to hurt much, and the funny thing about 'pain' is that it's really just sensation, and that can be handled very positively. Don't be afraid to try it, because I can almost guarantee to be able to make it enjoyable as well as effective. Depending on your circumstances, it may be used as part of a talking session, or just on its own, with no distractions. Back to Disciplinary Therapy or on to Shibari for Relaxation |
